?migraine: An entity called hemiplegic migraine could present this way, and typically the process is reversible. Small stroke might be tough to see on certain types of mri's and a perfusion/diffusion approach might reveal. A series of tests to confirm your etiology might be useful. Neurology involvement is key here.
