It's been 3 days where i wake up with heartburn feeling & gullet/chest burn too. i don't eat fatty food before going to sleep. what's the reason then?

Acid reflux: You are suffering from acid reflux. Fatty foods is not the only reason for that. You may have hiatal hernia that is responsible or the inflammation in the your stomach or the valve that cause it. I suggest that you do watch what you're eating in order to avoid foods known to cause/aggravate your symptoms. There are some acid reducers you can try over-the-counter. If those don't help, see doc.
