What?: Get off your donkey and get to work. If you are very heavy and are embarrassed over working out in the public, get a weight training system going and walk a lot. Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. Park farther away than necessary. Every little step counts.

Find counselor : Like an aa coach, sometimes you just need another person who has been through it. Find a counselor who can work with you step by step.
