white, thick, creamy, orderless vaginal discharge. what does this sound like and should i be worried?

May be normal: Bacterial infections usually have an odor, yeast infections may not. Some women have heavier normal vaginal discharge than others. If concerned, vaginal infection panels are available such as oneswab from medical diagnostic labs.
