Depends: Different biologic and chemotherapy agents affect different aspects of the immune system and thus one cannot tell exactly how soon one's immune system would recover after the treatment. My estimate is that it is within months for most agent and this may also be variable among individuals. You will need to be more specific on the treatment and type of cancer. You should ask the oncologist also.
