My neck has been hurting for 2 days. I can't turn it to the right or bend it back. Its hard to even lift my head. I am not sure what to do.

Neck strain: It sounds like you have a next strain. Usually this is due to a muscle spasm in the neck or upper shoulder area. Use heat, anti-inflammatory medication, and massage.
