ENT : Consult you doctor. If small may require nothing . May be able to use only allergy meds. It depends on the cause. If you smoke or use cocaine this will aggravate the problem

No: This is an inflammation arising from the lateral wall of the nose. It may be the result of sinusitis but can be only arising from the nose. There appears to be a genetic background for this and often is related to the presence of asthma. If you have no major nasal obstruction or nasal discharge or post-nasal drip, steroids by mouth for about a week may be very beneficial.
