Possible to only have 1 eye presbyopic after lasik? Only 1 eye ever feels strained reading. Other eye was actually slightly overcorrected to +0.25.

Not related: Lasik does not cause presbyopia, but you can have different refractive results between the eyes. This means that only one eye needs a significant lens to see well at near. Have you ophthalmologist measure and prescribe some reading glasses for you. This will get rid of the eye strain.
