Chest pain: Should always prompt a visit to a physician and a thorough evaluation which may include imaging studies, lab tests and ECG along with detailed history and physical. This may be something simple, but there are too many causes which may be life-threatening not to have it seen to by a professional. Go soon and hope all is well soon.

Likely it's muscle: Pain. However, i'd still recommend you see your dr to be sure the heart and lungs are ok. Best wishes!
