Honestly: Be candid with her. It is helpful if you can tell her some of your specific symptoms. If you are a minor, ask her to arrange an appointment with your physician. After evaluation, your physician may recommend referral to a psychologist and /or a psychiatrist. It is best to be candid. Let your parents know immediately if you have suicidal thoughts.
