Elevated BP: All the things mentioned in the question are in one way or another related to elevated blood pressure and hypertension, with "been under lots of stress" the most important one mentioned in a 26 year old. Sounds like you know what you have to do to get healthy. Keep in mind that a one time read is not enough, but diastolic of 99 is high enough to raise an eyebrow. See your dr for a check up.
