Not really: Without using assistance for a reproductive endocrinologist (in the case of infertility), there's no 'natural' way to increase your chances for twins. If you are having issues with infertility, definitely see one, they can be of great help!

No: No natural treatment unless you have in vitro fertilization of some sort with two egg cells and sperm cells implanted, but even that is no guarantee as on as one of the fetuses may be rejected.

Don't do it!: No reasonable person should wish for anymore than one singleton pregnancy at a time. Twins are high-risk pregnancies fraught with complications such as preterm birth, small fetal size, cesarean section, diabetes mellitus, hypertension/preeclampsia, neurodevelopmental delay and cerebral palsy in the offspring. Several rei interventions result in high likelihood for twins or more - but don't try it!

Cross your fingers: The frequency of natural twinning is between 1-2%. Use of fertility medications can increase that chance to as high as 25%, but its considered medically inappropriate to administer fertility medicines purely for the purpose of conceiving multiples.

No: except if you are on fertility drugs there is a greater chance--not for a 17 yr old and you would not use them for that reason.
