Xray: The only way that you will know if your toe is broken is by having an xray. Go to a foot and ankle specialist. The fact that you can walk on it doesn't mean anything nor does the fact that you can bend it.

See foot doc : Have x-rays, you need to know if there is displacement or if there is a break if it is intraarticular....Without an xray you can't determine the extent of the injury.
