It depends on issues: Clearly you can find healthtap so you'll find online sites too. Do your due diligence efforts to determine the authenticity and credentials factual basis or seek references. In person : While I understand that people have different reasons for seeking online counseling, nothing can substitute for counseling done in person. If you have insurance, see what your mental health benefits are. If you do not have insurance, see if you qualify for either Medicaid or Medicare. Mental health benefits are part of both of those programs.
