Brain depressed: Alcohol is a depressant drug. It causes your brain not to function at its usual level. So your bladder gets full from drinking and wants to be emptied. Your brain can't tell what the heck is going on because it is drugged. Your bladder muscles can only take so much pressure, so eventually they just contract on their own if you don't empty the bladder out. That's when you pee yourself.
