Nausea: A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep at least 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can decrease nausea.

It doesn't!: There is no evidence to suggest that sweetsop leaves reduce nausea. The best that can be said about it from a G.I. point of view is that it does contain a significant amount of dietary fiber. Otherwise, there are no proven gastrointestinal benefits to sweetsop or sugar apple.
