Stones and beer: Kidney stones are made up of mineral and acid salt deposits that form when urine becomes concentrated, allowing the minerals to stick together and crystallize. The mayo clinic reported people who reported drinking beer frequently had a 41 percent lower incidence of forming kidney stones than those people who did not drink alcoholic beverages. Ask your doctor for his advice. Good luck.
