Doing physical therapy for migraines on my neck, shoulders, & base of head. Always off balance and dizzy. Then vomiting begins. What can cause this?

Headaches: There are cervical headaches in some cases. When these are present, excessive hyper mobilization of the cervical spine and especially the upper cervical spine can lead to swelling and inflammation. These can both lead to nausea and dizziness.
