Unlikely: Unlikely that Plan B will cause a lost of menstruation for 7 months. I would take a pregnancy test and schedule a time to meet with your obgyn for an evaluation.

Agree wi Dr. Winkle: This does warrant medical evaluation. Have you taken a pregnancy test? The effects of plan B should not be occurring this far out.

It should: If you took plan B right away, it should work. You were already shedding your lining with your period, so it shouldn't cause abnormal bleeding. It may delay ovulation this next cycle, so your period may come a little later.

Yes: Planb is most effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. The least likely point in your cycle to get pregnant is during your period. If you take planb, expect some irregular bleeding and a delay in your next cycle. Also, check a pregnancy test at least 2 weeks after unprotected intercourse.
