Hydrogen Peroxide: Otc 3% hydrogen peroxide diluted: 1 part hydrogen peroxide/2 parts water is safe to rinse twice daily after brushing consistently. It is also good for gums health as well! hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in most whitening products. Faster results with an otc product: crest 360 white strips, but effects will go down after stop using. Stop tea, coffee, soda. Get teeth cleaned first!

Consult your Dentist: Consult your dentist for any recommendations for over the counter whitening and professional whitening. Depending on your starting shade you can get some results with otc whitening. Be cautious of whitening toothpaste they are abrasive and can accelerate gum recession and tooth sensitivity.
