I had chills, fever, headache and a few drops of bright red blood with my stool. this happened a few times before (over 2 years ago as well) what isit?

Rectal bleeding: I am not sure blood out of your rectum is related to chills, fever, and headaches or may be coincidence. If they are related, you will need to start with a thorough physical exam and history and probably initial work up such as complete blood count, chemistry profile. You may need more indepth tests such as abdominal ct or/and colonoscopy.

Dx not known.: Agree with dr. Convalciuc. It looks like you have already had a colonoscopy. Don't know the cause of your symptoms. In general, bleeding can be related to issues like hemmorhoids, fissure, fistuala, cancer, or GI tract inflammation or infection.
