How to get pregnant?: By the very definition of what a period is the answer is no. Now early in pregnancy there can be some spotting but not a period on time and of normal duration. You are 22. This is a surprising question for one of your experience. Perhaps a quick refresher course on women's bodies and fertility is in order. Knowledge equals power.

Usually not, but...: Pregnancy is not likely with just pre-ejaculate (but it is possible). Thus, if not married, settled down, with stable jobs providing good health insurance (babies have many doctor appointments), nor planning to start a family, then a couple should begin using a reliable form of birth control about now.
