Weight Loss: Daily aerobic exercise in addition to weight training 3 times a week plus a plant based diet akin the mediteranean diet should help you lose additional weight. Often when a person loses a significant amount of weight there is a period where you reach a set point difficult to move. Don't give up, if you follow these directions the weight loss will likley follow.

Body mass index: Wait! if you were >20yo, we'd just calculate your body mass index (http://www.Cdc.Gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.Html) at 22.7 & call you normal! because you're <20yo, you need to use http://apps.Nccd.Cdc.Gov/dnpabmi/ but it's difficult to imagine that you need to lose more weight given your height. Talk to your doc to see what's right for you.
