Dr. Ibrahim Moussa

Fish fruits dairy: Starch free consists of low-carbohydrate foods such as fish, cheese, eggs, fruit, vegetables, poultry, dairy and meat. This diet requires elimination of breads, flour products, potatoes, rice, pasta and other foods high in complex carbohydrates, or starches. Always look at the label to make sure starch has not been added.
