today i found a small red bumpon the inside of my lower eye lid. i have no idea what it is bt its red n painful. wat is it?

Chalazion: This is most likely a chalazion, commonly called a stye. It is a blocked oil gland on the edge of the eyelid that can become infected. Try using hot water from the tap on a washcloth as a compress, with massage of the lid, about 4 times a day (careful not hot enough to burn!). If it gets worse or does not clear up in a couple days see your doctor.

Stye: Sounds like you have a stye. Place warm compresses over the eye couple times a day. If not better within a few days, see an ophthalmologist.
