Reply: I think it's time for him to get checked out, even if its a stomach flu constant vomiting and not able to hold down water needs to be addressed. You didn't mention about his bm, any diarrhea associated with vomiting? Also there can be other reasons for abdominal pain and vomiting which can be best evaluated on physical exam. Take him to closest urgent care.
