Over thinking: Breathing in the best physiologic thing you could do to relax. Focus on the exhale, trying to extend it.

Saphris: Saphris (asenapine) is an atypical antipsychotic w indications for treatment of schizophrenia & acute mania (bipolar I disorder). There may be medications with fewer side effects that would be first choices before moving to an atypical antipsychotic.
