Sleep Disturbance : Inability to sleep continuously throughout the night reflects a possible underlying problem, and chronic pain is often a culprit. If there is concern for chronic pain see an osteopath for a diagnosis. Imaging studies can help the doctor to diagnose. A useful non-toxic soporific is medicinal cannabis; in states where it is authorized.

Sleep Disturbance: It sounds like you are struggling either medically or psychologically. Consult with your doctor to rule out medical possibilities. Exercise daily, maintain good nutrition, limit caffieine and alcohol. If you continue to struggle you may be effected by worry or anxiety, see a mental health professional experienced in insomnia. Best wishes.
