So i got these bumps on my side and arm. i think i got into something i am allergic to. how do i get rid of the bumps?

Topical steroids: Itchy bumpy rashes could be a sign of contact allergy. Typically contact allergies are very itchy, may even have small blisters called vesicles. I would start with avoiding what you think may have caused the rash. If it was a plant, wash with a dish detergent such as dawn, to remove plant oils. Topical steroids, such as Hydrocortisone 1% are a good start. Control itching with antihistamines.
