recently, i'm having trouble sleeping at night because of severe headaches that start usually after 10 pm. what may be the reason?

Hard to be sure: Try keeping a chart of evening food/drink/activity intake with details to target possible causes. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, keep well hydrated. See a physician to rule out diseases of all sorts. Sleep hygiene can be a problem, and you'll find good tips here and elsewhere online. Do get help since quality sleep is really important to maintain general well-being. Best of luck!
