i had 2 seizures upon waking at age 16 been fine since im 30 now but still take dilantin my levels never higher then 2.3.am i epileptic?cant get eeg

Yes: The definition of epilepsy is having 2 or more seizures in ones lifetime with no clear provoking event. However, given you have gone so long without seizures you may be able to stop your medication. It would be a good idea to talk to a neurologist.
