What exactly does it feel like when an antidepressant starts working?

Psychiatry 25 years experience
Depressive : Neurovegetative symptoms will start to improve - sleep, appetite, energy level, motivation etc. It is not a happy pill - so don't expect it to make you feel elated or joyful.
