Umm... smoke?: "smoke, " no. Bubble up, yes--if the wound is infected. Rinse and clean the wound liberally to avoid infection and see a physician if necessary.

Mild disinfectant: May be used in small quantities as a wound disinfectant. Mild soap and water irrigation just as effective for most minor wounds. Key is copious irrigation with water, i.E "the solution to pollution is dilution".
