Subtype of anorexia: Anorexia refers to a condition where weight is markedly below ideal but the individual still believes he/she is "fat." one can get there in a number of ways, e.g., restricting calories or exercising incessantly. Some actually binge (take in a huge number of calories) but then purge themselves by induced vomiting or laxitive abuse. That's anorexia binge-eating type.
