What is it like to walk after a fibula fracture after the cast is removed?

Orthopedic Surgery 13 years experience
Ankle stiffness: Your ankle will be stiff with restricted range of motion out of the cast. That will improve over time. You will have some pain in that ankle originally until you regain your full motion.
