i'm shivering, have diarrhea, and feel weak. i was fine an hour ago, aside from stomach discomfort. what's going on with me?

Could be: Exposure to bad food, onset of a viral gastroenteritis, or possibly bacterial infection in gut. Risk is dehydration but if you develop fever or are getting worse, then go to urgent care or ed for evaluation. You may need rehydration or other specific treatment.
