Same as any other?: Addictions have some things in common (and some things unique to the object). The 12-step approach may provide help for a wide range of objects. They have the best record of success in alcohol & drug addicts. You might want to find a meeting and ask them for advise with your issue. Otherwise, if you want one-on-one, see a cbt psychotherapist to approach it as a behavioral problem. Help is there 4u.

Live richly: All men enjoy images that showcase the body's beauty & tasteful love. But watching porn is a dead-end road; seeing near-perfect bodies creates dissatisfaction with yours / your partner's and does nothing to develop you as a person which you need to do. It does release Dopamine which feels good & a physician may offer a low dose of an antidepressant as you recover. Live rich, don't be a spectator.
