Lipo removes fat: If the volume of your thighs is due to disproportionate fat between the skin and muscles, liposuction can help. Firm skin is also needed for the best results. If your thighs are large because you have large thigh muscles, liposuction will not help.

Lipo candidate -Yes: A young person with a normal body mass index (bmi) with small areas of excess fat is usually an ideal candidate for liposuction. See your local plastic/cosmetic surgeon and he/she will be able to help you out.
