Several ways: On your own you can try breathing exercises, yoga, meditation. Tai chi, etc. With professional help you can have a good evaluation of your symptoms, as well as therapy for them. A therapist can provide talk therapy according to your symptoms & what triggers them, etc. A psychiatrist can provide medications if needed. http://www.webmd.com/anxiety-panic/guide/anxiety-panic-guide-symptoms-types.

See Below: Try to identify things that you can control and things you cannot control. Work on things that you can control, and let go of things that you can't. Establish routines for yourself-- it helps make environment more predictable. Do relaxation, self-care, sleep hygiene. Find a therapist to help you guide through the process.
