What kind of meals?: If you have problem with acid reflux , certain foods (spicy , fatty, acidic) may trigger asthma symptoms. Occasionally foods or drinks with high-sulfite content may trigger asthma as well. One must also consider food allergy as a potential but uncommon trigger.
