It's best to speak: Directly with your own ob/gyn's advice nurse; post-surgical orders may be specific to your own surgeon. That said, diet pills often increase blood pressure (not good immediately post op as increased BP may open recently cauterized tissue). So, it would be wisest to avoid them until, and unless, told otherwise by your healthcare provider.
