Ultrasound: It appears you may have a fibroid uterus or adenomyosis within the uterus. Those are the things that can cause the bulky uterus. The hemorrhagic cyst may be an endometrioma or you ovulated recently. What to do depends on whether you are trying to get pregnant or control the symptoms.
