Herpes: There are two types of herpes. These are now called type one and type two. 74% of americans have the herpes type one, also known as oral herpes or herpes simplex. Type two is found in 26% of americans and is often called the std or genital herpes. Herpes type two carries more health risks. All sexually active humans should have the herpes screening blood test.
