I had a really bad case of mrsa it fractured my hip at the femoral neck i now have a tkr w/a rod in the femor i'm now having deep femor pain why?

MRSA: Sounds like you had a difficult problem. Without knowing if you had a mrsa-infected hip vs. Osteomyelitis with resulting fracture, i'm not sure, but continued pain in this leg has to be considered an uncleared infection until it is completely ruled out. You need to have some blood work and potential biopsy to ensure this thing isn't infected still.
