See below: Lupus symptoms can be seen a variery of conditions, but a negative ANA rules out lupus unless you one have one of the less than 5% that has a low ch50 level or a positive sjogren's antibodies to meet the criteria for ANA negative lupus. If you have seen a rheumatologist, they have probably performed these tests and if not you should see one. But the odds are that you probably do not.
