How come I have weird bumps on the back of my arms and both elbow itch like crazy help plz!?

Needs to be checked: It can be eczema, allergic rash, contact dermatitis or something else.Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zertec etc for itching and over the counter hydrocortisone1% if it is recent, if does not get better in2to3 days consult your doctor or a dermatologist.
