Treat the cause: Headaches have a cause. See if you can find the cause of the headaches and then treat the cause. Look into: high blood pressure, possible infections, possible pathologies, (rule out medical causes), look into jaw joint and muscle pain (tmj). When you find out what is causing the headaches you can begin to treat the cause. You may need to check with your doctor/dentist for professional guidance.
