Take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Not necessarily: Irregular menstrual bleeding can have many causes, including pregnancy. Usually pregnancy causes less bleeding and then no periods. The best way to check for that is to do a home pregnancy test. If your periods continue to be irregular, see someone.

No: That usually means you're not pregnant but sometimes it is an early pregnancy, threatened miscarriage or some other problem. Call your doctor.
