Please go to Doctor: It sure sounds like you have done everything you can on your own and that you would be wise to now seek medical attention and let someone look in your ears and throat and listen to your lungs.

See an ENT: I know it sounds simple to say, but at this point you may want to visit an ear, nose and throat doctor.

Try nose spray: You may want to try a nasal decongestant like afrin or neosynephrine for 3 days as directed. There is a tube between the inside of the ear and the back of the nose which gets swollen when you are sick with a cold, etc. The sprays can help sometimes decrease swelling and open up the ears and help you pop them gently. You can also take a pill decongestant which might help.
