Not necessary: But if you're concerned with adult-onset diabetes, see your physician for a blood sugar test. Urinating, tiredness, and cold feet could be related but not definitive symptoms nor are they conclusive to any particular disease as they could happen to normally healthy people as well. Hope this relieves your concern but i'd still recommend seeing your primary for definitive answers.
